The heart of the machine
The internal screw for conveying, dosing or mixing is our core business. According to the product to handle and the application required in the process, we are able to design many different types of screws, starting from the shape, screw thickness and tubing deflection, up to surface and welding roughness, with the possibility of making specific linings.
How to customize
What makes the difference between standard equipment and Fansider’s equipment is designing phase. Infact, Fansder's Tech. Dept. designs every single machine according to your specification, and only after your official drawing approval the production starts. In this way during the design phase you are free to make all the modification needed, revision after revision, avoiding mistakes or misunderstanding!

Inspection test
As part of our ISO 9001 Certification, each equipment is checked before dispatch through our "Inspection and Test Plan". Each machine comes with its own metal label with specific reference code to help you requesting further spare parts or information.
Fansider's Channel on YouTube shows you some equipment during our "Cold Run Test".
Cold Run Test is part of our ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and it's performed on every single machine before dispatch as part of our ISO 9001 Certification.
